Galaxy s6 edge....please help!!!

My S6 edge just stopped working...it won't charge or reboot...all it has is purple and black vertical lines on the screen..it has no water damage nor was it dropped....PLZ HELP!!!!

Do a soft reset first and see if it fixes it, press and hold volume down and power buttons for at least 10 seconds
