Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and super sudoku menu, how can I access the mini menu?

galaxy s6 edge plus and super sudoku menu

i had super sudoku on my galaxy 4 and use the menu button while playing to get a mini game menu which allowed me to reset the puzzle. I recently got a galaxy s6 edge plus and that same button now just does recent apps. does anybody know how i can access the mini menu with the new phone.

Go to settings in the super sudoku app. Uncheck full screen mode and restart your whole phone. Once your phone is restarted go back into the app, resume a game and press and hold the back button! (I amazed myself)

Update, for some reason this doesn't work anymore for me
