Galaxy S6 Edge requires Sim to operate

If I remove the sim card while the phone is on(and working), it prompts me to restart due to no sim card. Even if I put the sim in, I still need to restart.

If I restart without a sim card, well... still requires a sim card.

Any way to turn this "option" off.

If you can't repair it and its in good physical condition but useless I'll buy it for parts to fix my s6 edge.
