Does anyone know if this can be done.

- Scheduling a sms message later use
- Hide message content from showing in notification bar

thank you

You can hide message content by going to the settings-> sounds and notifications -> Notifications on lock screen

To schedule an SMS, you will need a 3rd party tool - I know lots of people on here recommend Textra and I recall it can do that.

In the settings...sounds and notification...notifications on locked screen...hide content. The annoying thing about this setting is it still shows the message text if your phone screen is off but not formally locked. Yes i undersyand it says locked, but if my screen is off,i want notifications as if it were locked. They royally messed this one up.

Change your lock options to lock instantly on screen being turned off or using the power button.
