galaxy S6 no wifi calling why??

Can anybody help my galaxy S6 doesnt have wifi calling feature why??

The phone is originally from EE but i have a GiffGaff sim in it

Your contract needs to be with EE for wifi calling

I got the update pushed to the phone I did not have to force it..
Fast update, had issues.. It would not work so contacted ATT via chat and they had me reset network setting and put phone in airplane mode to test it.. I can now text pictures from inside my house and I'm hoping to make calls and not drop them after 2 min. I was going to Verizon because Att did not have wifi on the S6.. I have a microcell and that would not let me send pics via texts.. And I was having issues with it starting to drop calls.. Glad this update came..

The wifi calling is only on EE's own firmware. I am with EE but my phone is non carrier branded. What firmware are you running?

My phone was originally from EE but i got it unlocked to any network and have a non EE sim in the device

I think the wifi calling had to be enabled in your EE account so it hasn't been activated on your phone. Unlocked phones can still get wifi calling. Does our broadband provider offer wifi Calling? I'm with bt and they offer it

Yes ive changed it to my other sim i use and i can download tu go but cant i get the built in one
