Where to start...

I have seen the light, new Android user here, first time ever (iPhone 4s > Galaxy S6). Awesome phone, just got it for a few days now. One of the many reasons I like Android is you have more freedom, such as custom themes.

Now my questions, how do I set up themes?...I'm a big fan of 'clean' themes, here an example.


How do I get themes like this one? And if I use them, I can always change the background? And do themes like this slow down your phone?

I keep switching between the 2 wallpapers. I like the layout because of symmetry, cleanliness, minimalism and high contrast. Clear screen behind the icons and the widget provides clarify and contrast
