Galaxy S6 Rom interchanged

hello a different variant i.e. Galaxy S6 SM-G920l ROM was installed on a Galaxy S6 SM-G920r4. trying to install Galaxy S6 SM-G920r4 ROM so it overwrite the other one but every time i try it gives me FAIL in ODIN. Is there a way i can go around this?
