Galaxy S6 won't charge after dropped in water! What should I do?

My s6 got dropped in water I got it out and at first phone went blank and then had that multy colored look when they get wet now it works fine but I have to keep it plugged in it will not charge at all says 0 percent every once in awhile it will charge up to 2 percent bit then drops back down to 0 I think the battery is fried but I don't think that my charg3 port is damaged

Also forgot to mention have to keep it on max power save as well
