Galaxy S7 buzzing every 10 minutes

I'm being driving to madness by my Galaxy S7. The software updated a few weeks ago and ever since then, every 10 minutes on the dot, even in silent mode, the phone makes a weird buzzing/rattlesnake/rolling dice kind of a sound that I've never heard before. It doesn't appear to be connected to any notifications (no notifications pop up when it happens). I've obviously rebooted the phone, I've turned off ALL notifications, checked settings under Accessibility, I've checked individual app notifications, I've turned off location and NFC and pretty much anything else I can find. Nothing works. Any ideas, other than wiping everything off the phone?

Under Accessibility, if your Notification Reminder turned On (it can be set to remind you of notifications every 1, 5, 10 or 15 minutes). Assuming you did this, as you checked under Accessibility but never hurts to ask in case you missed it.
