Galaxy S7 change text bubbles?

I just did the new update and now text bubbles are gray and light yellow. I don't like the muted colors at all. I used to be able to change them before the update. Can anyone help me?

Haven't yet gotten the update, so don't know for sure ... but I believe there are text themes that might give you colors you like better.
