Here is one for the books...
A week or so ago, my Galaxy S7 Edge had the back cover bulge out to the extent that I could probably stuff a couple of $20 bills in there. Battery bulge due to overheating. The phone operated fine, but I could not put it back in my Otterbox Defender case again, I called Samsung and they sent me a UPS prepaid 2nd Air AM label to send it back. Tonight I got it back via UPS. The enclosed note said they replaced the battery, the screen and 2 coax cabels. They also gave me a brand new charger and usb cable. An other thing I noticed that the back of the phone was not plain like I origionally had. It was different in that there was 2 sections that had a nice blue rubberized coating. I thought that was nice of them. I plugged in the charger and found it had 15% battery so I just turned it on. They sent me a Brand NEW phone. I thought "Thanks Samsung". The screen said select language and went to next screen. Insert SIM card. I looked at the top of the phone and got ready to eject the SIM tray.... NO SIM TRAY. They enclosed a SIM/MicroSD Tray in a plastic envelope with the phone. There is NO slot or place to insert the SIM tray in the phone. How can this happen? Does this phone have an internal SIM? Remember this is a Brand NEW Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Anyone have any idea what I actually have here? When I booted up the phone it said "SAMSUNG Galaxy S7 Edge" on the screen. What do I do now/

That is a case. Have you tried removing it.

Yea, I figured that out. So Samsung gave me a FREE case. Thank's Samsung. That was nice of them.
All is well now and am presently updating apps. They did give me a new phone. I guess that't cheaper than fixing the mess I sent them.
