Galaxy S7 Edge not ringing after Nougat update

[AC Question]

My Sprint, Samsung Galaxy S7 Egde is not ringing when an incoming call comes in. How do I fix this without resetting to factory settings?

Change the ring sound or make sure the volume is up for the ringtone.
