Galaxy s7 edge random vibrations.

Today my phone started vibrating randomly. It vibrates 5 times in 5 seconds, stops for about 30 seconds and does it again. It does this 5 times and stops completely. A few hours later it will do it again. I have no notifications come through. I turn my data off and have even taken the sim card out. What is wrong with my phone?
