Galaxy S7 Edge sensors not working.

[AC Question]

I have taken a short video under water (about 10 sec, and it was a shallow swimming pool). After that, it was drying in the towel for about 1-2h.
All of the phone sensors stopped working except fingerprint. Light, proximity, gyroscope, heart rate sensor are not responding at all. When I go to test *#0*# and test sensors, all are showing 0 in results.
Also, LED indicator is glowing dim red as soon as I start the device.
I have restarted the device, factory reset it and nothing happened. Sensors are off.

Can someone help me, please?

If I were in your position, I would take it to the nearest service centre. It seems like a hardware issue, rather than a software one.
