Galaxy S7 Edge Strange App Behaviour over 4G

Hi there, my S7 Edge has been having issues with certain apps not connecting over 4G/mobile data.

Here's the phone stats:
Android V7.0
Security patch level 1 July 2017
Network Optus

Mobile data is definitely enabled, and Data Saver mode is off. Here are the apps that DO work:

Outlook
Play Store
Awful

These apps either do not work or timeout:
Samsung Internet
Chrome
Opera
PagerDuty

PagerDuty is the interesting one as it straight up says I don't have Wi-Fi or Mobile Data enabled:

Is there a per-app setting I may be missing?
 
Figured this out over the weekend - I'd never seen it before but I actually had multiple Access Points available:

Switching from WAP to Optus Bus fixed my issue for all apps.
