Galaxy S7 freezing, need to transfer data

Hi,

so my Galaxy S7 froze like 3 times in a row (phone is 2 years and 6 months old). Just stopped working, restarted and got stuck on Samsung logo. I wiped the cache no difference. I am thinking about factory reset but I want to transfer some data from the phone.

At the moment I can still charge the phone when it's off (the LED is red indicating it's charging and the screen shows me the percentage of battery while charging). I want to access the phone externally and move some pictures, perhaps memo's and chrome tabs if possible. What program do I need? Found something called Dr. Phone. Is it good? Is there any other alternatives?

I'd be cautious about Wondershare programs like Dr. Fone. Their ads always strike me as shady, and I've seen plenty of threads here about problems while using it.
