Galaxy s7 from straight talk only getting lte and 3g no 4g lte

Is it normal to only get Lte and 3g speeds I haven't used all of my high speed data yet.. the only thing it says on the top of my phone is lte and but has never said 4g lte.. either it says Lte or 3g.. but on the box of the phone it says it's compatible for 4glte
