galaxy s7 has been hacked

my galaxy s7 installed a new os and since has been sending call logs and messato somewhere. it also has a screen overlay that wont allow me into the real settings. i tried the factory reset wipe but there is a bootlogger that restricts me from leaving there software. what do i do?

A new OS? Elaborate.... i assume your rooted, otherwise there is no way a new OS is installed.

Could be someone installed a spy software on your phone?

Have you tried entering recovery mode and factory resetting the phone from there?
If that didn't work you should install the stock firmware back on the device. Which should remove that infected OS.
