Galaxy s7 not receiving texts from iPhones

[Android Central Question]

I just discovered I'm only getting some text messages. I know I'm not getting messages from iPhone users because my kids have iPhones and their messages aren't getting through. I have tried restarting my phone, switching back to the Samsung messaging app, checking my blocked numbers list. Anything else I can do to fix this?

I'm able to send messages, just not able to receive any.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you ever use an iPhone yourself? If so, contact Apple Support to make sure they've completely removed your number from the iMessage server.
