Galaxy S7 randomly bricked

I got a Galaxy S7 in November and have had a few problems with it but nothing major or was worth checking out, but this morning my phone was bricked. It worked perfectly fine when I plugged it in to charge last night, when I woke up my phone would not turn on or do anything. I unplugged it and the green charging indicator light stayed on. Is there any fix to this, has anyone else had this problem?

Edit: I figured out the solution. Was as simple as holding down the 'lock' button and 'volume down' button for 10 seconds and forcing a reboot.
