Galaxy S7/S7 edge Water Resistance on Screen Replacement?

Has anyone replaced their Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge screen and used it for it's water resistance?
I am just curious to know that after the screen replacement if the device has managed to stay water resistance or not?

My phone screen was replaced in warranty by samsung official service centre but haven't tried the water resistant feature

Interesting, did they happen to tell you if it still remains water resistance or not?

They did say it should work as original...let's hope...
