Galaxy S7 SM-930U Sensors stop working

hi its my first time posting in this forum looking for help also my english it's not a 100% but i will try my best so you cand understand my problem.
i have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Flat Model G930U
the autorotate its not functioning but when i reset my phone it works for like 20 minutes then stop working again.
i try my phone in secure mode but the same thing happen it only work for 20 mins, i also check the sensors with *#0*# and it appears the stuff just freezes and stop working the sensors number dont change until i reset the phone and work again for 20 minutes, i also tried a factory reset, format cache but the same thing happen only work for a couple of minutes i hope you can help me with this its a shame this is happening i realy like this phone. its android Nougat 7.0
 
Welcome to Android Central! Since it also happens in Safe Mode, I would suspect either a hardware problem with the sensor itself, or a firmware problem. There's not much you can do if it's a hardware problem, besides taking it to a repair shop. You could try reinstalling the firmware, though, using Smart Switch: http://www.sammobile.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29914
 
I'm not a technician, but I would guess that the sensors would have to be replaced, not repaired.
