Galaxy S7 static with aux?

I just got my galaxy s7 and I noticed when I connect it with my aux to the radio, there's a lot of static. It's not the aux because it works fine with my ipod and galaxy s5. I tried the uhq thing already and it worked for bit but there's still static. Any suggestions?

I know you say the cable works with other devices, but have you tried a different cable? Impedances in different devices might vary, so what works for one doesn't necessarily work with others. Do you hear the static as well on wired headphones?

I tried with another cable and there's still static as well. And no it only happens with the aux cable. My earphones work fine

Mmm... I guess my next suggestion would be to try (if possible) a different S7/S7 Edge on your car to see if they have the same issue or it's your port. That's weird, though. I've only had issues in phones in the past with very long cables picking up radio signals, but that's it. I haven't really tried AUX cables in a very long time, so can't say if my S7 has this issue or not.

Im getting same results.
If you max out device volume while connected to aux static is no more.
