AC Question

This is a very specific glitch. When I call a certain landline number, if some answers, the call proceeds normally. If no one is home, instead of hearing the voicemail announcement, there is silence and the call continues connected but silent until I terminate the call. If I use another's cell phone, I hear the voicemail announcement on the phone so I know the voicemail announcement is working. If I call another number with the S7 and no one is home I will hear the voicemail announcement. This very glitch is repeatable but only on that one particular landline and not correctable with re-booting the phone. Aside from a curse, anyone have any ideas?

I am having the same issue(it did work properly at one time), when calling my landline(Comcast) using my Samsung s7 cannot leave a voicemail. Landline carrier is blaming AT&T, and AT&T mobile carrier is blaming landline service. Sorry I don't have an answer, if I find a solution I'll let you know, but wanted you to know I am also having the same issue.

Found a temporary repair for this now:

Go to: SETTINGS>MOBILE NETWORK>MOBILE DATA>THEN UNCHECK THE BOX WITH "ENHANCED LTE SERVICE...

It is not the landline service, it's a Samsung glitch, and they will be sending out some update on this eventually. Hope this helps you out!

I also have the same problem. It's not a problem with the software needing a reboot. There is something else wrong.
