Galaxy S8+ Can't Open PDFs in App

My wife is having an issue with her S8+

She has apps for the bank, utility companies, and a few other places that have statements that can be viewed. Unfortunately none of them are able to open and be viewed.

Any idea what the cause might be, or how to fix it? I suggested downloading Google PDF Viewer, but that doesn't seem to be working. I'm lost..

Try Xodo pdf, and make sure you set it as the default pdf viewer. It just might solve your problems, and it's a very good pdf program that lets you sign and send pdf's
