Galaxy S8 Screenshot issue

Hey guys!

I have a Galaxy S8+ and I'm trying to take a screenshot. For some reason when I take a screenshot either with the swipe or the physical buttons, I'm getting a screen overlay and it's almost as if two images are becoming one, rendering the screenshot useless.

Does anyone else know if this is a reported issue? It could simply just be isolated to my handset otherwise

Last thing I want to do is have to return this to a store!

That would cheese you off, screenshots are very handy things! Mine works fine and I haven't heard of that issue...
As always, the first thing is the good old cache partition wipe trick....
