Galaxy s8 stuck on network PUK screen with 3 network SIM

[Android Central Question]

Hi I brought a new s8 on vodaphone network which i thought was unlocked. I didn't realise when turned the handset on for the first time it asked for code I just put 3 random numbers in the it skipped to a network PUK screen tried PUK codes from both vodaphone & 3 but none work. My 3 SIM works fine in my 2nd phone so not locked out but not in my s8 have the unlock code from vodaphone but can't get back to the network unlock screen, any help ??

Have you tried to factory reset using the hardware buttons to start over?
