So I have searched every possible phrasing I could think of.
I am having an issue with my bluetooth connections, I have Telus Biz Connect for work installed on my phone and it seems to be causing issues.
I'll auto connect to my car, and it will start a call with my own number, but on my phone it doesn't show that a call is active, and all my media will play through the "call" until I end it and it goes back to normal. I've cleared the system cache, I've cleared bluetooth cache, restarting doesn't help. Telus has no clue what the app could possibly be doing and this is getting extremely frustrating.

Welcome to Android Central! I moved this from the Android Apps forum to the S9 forum since the former is intended for developers to promote their apps.

If you temporarily uninstall Biz Connect, does it work on Bluetooth normally?

Yes, after spending 2 hours on the phone with Telus they finally decided to have one of their techs take their Android to their car and test it, turns out I'm the only one that reported the issue, and they could recreate the issue easily, their firmware update for Android is causing issues.
