Galaxy S9+ Share/Download Location

When I am searching Google (through the Google app) I want to share a photo to my gallery but gallery is not listed in the list of places to share it to. And if I download the image it goes to my internal storage which makes it inconvenient to get it moved to my sd card.

Is there a way to get "gallery" to show up in the list of places to share to or a way to get the image to download to the gallery?

Gallery is an app, not a place, so you can't "download to it". Download usually downloads to Downloads (it depends on what you're using to download with).

Gallery shows all pictures that Media Scan finds on the phone, but media scan runs during a start or restart, not when you download.

Shouldn't gallery show up in the list when I select to "share" and image?

I use Samsung Internet. Even if Google-ing.

There you can select where to download.
It will create folder Download if there isnt one on SD card.

You can't download to an app.
But from Gallery oe Googlw photos you can send
