I changed passwords, not saved, and delete now history from timeline to history to activity...Is this possible? He has all this spycamera voice recorders etc.. Help!

Change the password on your Google account. (You should be doing that every 6 months as a security measure anyway.)

Use a file manager to look through your phone to see if there are any apps that sound like spy apps, (Don't just delete things - check back here first.)

Get a password app (I use Keepass2Android Password Safe but there are others) so you can use a different military grade password on every app and every site. (Use alpha-numeric, upper and lower case, special characters, and set the length to at least 20.) You don't need help in setting them up - just let the password program generate one for you for each thing you need a password for. (Remember to save it before you put it into the app or site - putting it into an app, then closing the password app before saving the password means that you'll never be able to get into that app again. Same for websites. If the site or app tells you that the password isn't usable [too long, it doesn't accept punctuation, etc.] make a new one that meets the standards, save that one, then use it.) After a while it becomes automatic - you won't think about it much.

If he's using a voice recorder, there's nothing much you can do about it - it's like a tape recorder. But he sounds a bit paranoid, and definitely not someone I'd feel comfortable around. (No advice, though - it's your life.)
