Galaxy Tab 10.1 Brightness and Black Screen Issue

I cannot adjust brightness on my device. Sliders doesn't work, it's fixed at max brightness, turning on Power Saving also does't make any change. Also, when I turn off the screen it doesn't come back on, the device works though I can hear sound notifications when I click or swipe the screen. Using a 3rd party app works, it can adjust screen brightness but black screen still persists.

I've made a factory reset, didn't do anything. Any help is appreciated.
