Galaxy Tab 2 Locked out (opening screen locked), how can I get into it?

Galaxy Tab 2 Locked out (opening screen locked)

Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (rooted)
I was in settings, I checked Tapatalk, I also checked Google Voice Recognition. A prompt came up that I also checked (I didn't really read it,I'm not that bright!) I rebooted, now when the opening screen comes on, Tapatalk is now explaining every process, and when I swipe to unlock, nothing happens. The screen appears locked. I never had a pass word or pin set up. I'm locked out.

What did I do?.....I really have no idea what I'm doing!!
I can sure us some help about now....Thanks for any ideas!!

You can try using Google Device Manager to unlock the phone. You will need to log in to your Gmail account to unlock it.
