galaxy tab 3 stuck in safe mode. factory reset did not help...

well strange things happened, my daughter's tab wont get out from safe mode. we did all what we could and resetting it didn't help either. went to a retailer spoke with a samsung employee. he spent 30 minutes with it but still nothing. he gave it back with safe mode "on".

please help, my child is killing me for her samsung
