Galaxy Tab 3 stuck in 'Safe Mode'

Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 that is stuck in safe mode.
Tried shutting down and restarting.
Also tried a factory reset but still loads to safe mode.
Please could someone help?

Was there any signs of problems before it started going to safe mode?

I can't be for certain but if a factory reset hasn't cleared things up I'm wondering if you have had some sort of hardware failure causing it.

Is the device still under warranty?

Have had it a few months and had been working fine.
Hadn't used it for a few weeks tho and when I charged it safe mode came on.
