Galaxy Tab A Model SM-T350 AOL issue

I have recently downloaded a new AOL app 5.2.5 (1076) but cannot find a 'log-out' button anywhere on the site - specifically on the AOL email section. My Tablet is Android Version 7.1.1. Can anyone help please?

Welcome to Android Central! I moved this from the Galaxy Tab forum (intended for the very old, original Galaxy Tab) to the Tab A forum.

These apps typically don't have a logout button, because doing so would remove the account (and therefore all of the synced mail) from the phone. Logging back in would mean everything would have to sync again. Rather than logging out from an app like this, it's a much better idea to make sure the phone has a good screen lock set up.

Lance? Same happened to me, the only way you can now check your AOL and your mail is to log into AOL. com through your Google. It's the only way I can and aol tech is no help. Hope this does for you.
