Galaxy Tab? Adapter (USB)

I know that this has been posted BUT..i just ordered the Tab form Amazon and was wondering if anyone has found it yet.

The samsung site has it Galaxy Tab but it says backordered.

Yeah, $20 is OK. What I do feel ripped off for is the $35 I paid for the desktop dock. I figured for that price they would at least include a 30 pin cable. But nope. Just a hunk of plastic with a 30 pin connector. Probably cost 'em $2 to manufacture.

I saw the same thing yesterday hunting for a case. They had the keyboard and dock, but no usb adapter.

I read the SKU as the same but it doesn't show on their website. I've had the worst experience at my local Best Buy with this whole release. I don't want to go back and check.

You plug in the USB adapter to the Tab's dock connector, and then..? What are you trying to connect to it?

Doesn't it need the upcoming Touchwiz update to work properly/at all? I thought that there was something on that web page Samsung put up recently about the update saying that it'd make the Tab work with all the new accessories coming out?

Someone on XDA has made a DIY version of the USB adapter and everything works fine, so you shouldn't need the TW update, even though I remember reading that on the information page as well...
