Galaxy tab.....and jelly bean

I have been doing some reading and i have seen that it is possible to get jelly bean on my galaxy tab gt-p1000. Now my question. Using odin to do all its wonderful stuff with the overcome software and all....Can i in the end us the jelly bean rom instead of the one that overcome offers?

I would take any help i could get before i start this project. Or even a better way to do it..
