Galaxy Tab S videos start over and over and over....

When I watch any video, such as the videos on Formula1.com, they begin and then skip back to the beginning of the video. It's as if I've restarted the video over from the beginning, but I haven't. Sometimes they'll start over 4-5 times before it continues on as it should.

It doesn't matter which browser I use, but it seems to be worse when using Chrome. It also seems to have begun after installing the Marshmallow update.

When I watch videos on YouTube they seem to work okay regardless of using a browser or the YouTube app.

Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! I moved this to the Tab S 10.5 forum (but let me know if you have the Tab S 8.4 instead, which has a separate subforum).

Open Google Play Store and look for Android System Webview. If it's not updated, go ahead and update it and see if that helps. But if it says there are no updates, try the Uninstall button (which will only uninstall updates and revert back to the factory version), because sometimes updates to this app causes issues on certain devices.

You could also try wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28773

Alrighty...I tried both of your suggestions one at a time, but neither of them worked. It appeared as if uninstalling the System Webview updates might have worked at first, but then videos restarted again as before.

Do you have anymore suggestions?

Make sure your Play Store isn't set up to automatically install app updates. If it is set up that way, then the tablet might have re-updated Android System Webview without you being aware of it.
