Galaxy tabe 2 10.2

Hi!
I have a galaxy tabe 2 10.2 and today it's on and off again and I couldn't trun it off or turn it on completly.Could you help me what should I do? or at least someone told me what's the problem with it.

So you cannot turn it on or off? Is it stuck in a boot loop?
