Galaxy Themes Not Working on lock screen

So, about a week ago, my phone did its scheduled reboot and I have haven't been able to get my themes to apply to the lockscreen.

I have tried changing themes and rebooting the phone. Nothing is working.

Any advice on what to do now?

What exactly is not applying?
Wallpaper?
App shortcuts?

Yes, repeatedly.

It looks like it is just the background. I'm not sure if the theme has animations for the lockscreen, though

Ah, OK. I don't use the wallpapers from the theme. I change wallpaper right away. I wonder if I've experienced this and just didn't notice.
