Galaxy V & Gear 2

I just got a Gear 2 for my Galaxy S5. I have done all the installation at least three different time starting over each time. I can receive notifications and make outgoing calls from the Gear 2 but when I receive an incoming call it drops it before it has completed the first ring. Is there some setting that I need to change to affect this. I know it's connected correctly via Bluetooth since I can make the outgoing calls and receive notifications 4 text messages. It picks up the call and then drops it for some reason. Any ideas? I have reset both the phone and the Gear 2 multiple times.
