I thought the GW3 could accurately measure HR during workout. But, I guess it can only measure it accurately when you're at rest. Mine measures it way too high during workout. What are other's experiences? Could a software update fix this?

Mine seems pretty accurate. I've watched the HR for both a walk and a run and it's pretty close to reality. Is your watch too loose on your wrist?

Thank you for the response, it's difficult to get feedback on this issue from actual users since the device is so new I guess. Very interesting. I've tried wearing it very snug, snug, and not-so-snug, too. Doesn't matter. On moderate walks, it's been recording well over 100 bpm, up to around 120. I've stopped and used my pulse to see what my actual HR is, and it's around 75 bpm. (I have a very low resting heart rate to begin with.) I'm beginning to think my watch is defective. I still have time to return it.
