Galaxy Watch 4 - Broadcast heart rate to other apps

[Android Central Question]

Hi, has anyone been able to get the Galaxy Watch 4 to act like an external heart rate monitor and broadcast heart rate over bluetooth to other apps like Strava, Zwift etc?
I've tried an app called HR2VP that sounded promising but didn't work.
