I know there's a section for the wearables but it was bought in conjunction as an accessory for my Note 10 plus. I've had experience with several of the Android watches including most recently Galaxy watch 46mm mm. Today I picked up the Galaxy watch active 2. 44 mm. I have to say I love this watch it's the absolute perfect size and works flawlessly.

While I'm mostly loving it, I wish it had better app support (as in there are barely any useful apps from 3rd party devs). Or Google Maps at least (natively, not through paid proxy apps)

Do you happen to know how to add custom Notification sounds (texts, emails). I cannot. I added for ringtones but want it for notification tones. Dont know why they wouldn't make it easy for either or.

I was actually thinking of selling my Galaxy watch 46mm BT version and getting the active 2.
Would you mind taking a couple of minutes here and there over the next few weeks to share your opinion on the difference as you live with it for a while?

No idea, my phones and watches have been on vibrate mode since 2010...

Can anyone that's had use of both the Galaxy Watch and the new active 2 tell me if the Bluetooth range is better with Bluetooth 5.0? The galaxy watch doesn't carry much distance with my phone in the house I got out the back garden and it loses connection

I noticed a difference with my BT earbuds. I went for a walk and just swinging my arms back and forth I sometimes lost connection. With the Active 2 I got no connection lost.

I'm not sure distance wise but I had the Galaxy Watch 46mm then this Active 2 44 mm. Love this watch. Has a great bluetooth connection.

Today is day 3 with the Active 2 all things just seem to get better. I took this earlier today. I took it off the charger at 11:30.
