Galaxy Watch Music

Hi
I have a Galaxy Watch and I have installed Spotify. This requires me to have my Note 8 with me to stream the music
I camxsee there's an option to load music onto the Watch from Samsung music files. How do I upload music into this folder?

You can download Spotify playlists while connected to WiFi, then play them offline, without your phone.

To add actual music files, open the Galaxy wear app on your phone, go to settings, then tap Add Content to My Watch.
