Galaxy Watch - Outlook Email?

I got a Galaxy Watch. My host phone is a Galaxy 8S.

I set everything up according to the Samsung Gear app and the watch will only show me the gmail account. The outlook email is listed in the accounts on the phone but the watch will not show the emails in the account.

Do I have to get some other app to make this work? or have I just wasted $350....

ps I have spent over an hour in the Best Buy Store with the Samsung expert so you are the last resort....

Do you have installed the outlook app in your phone with an email account configured and the notifications from outlook are not blocked in the phone?
I use an OnePlus 7 with this watch and I got all the notifications from the two emails accounts I have configured in the app

I get notifications from the outlook app fine on my watch as well. Using a note 10 and a s9 before this. Both worked. I suspect notifications are blocked somewhere. Is it toggled on in the gear app, notifications, manage notifications? Do you get outlook notifications on your phone?
