Galaxy watch won’t receive calls on LTE

[Android Central Question]

When I’m away from my phone and on the LTE network, my phone with buzz when I get a call to let me know I just missed a call. But, it doesn’t let me answer it or even let me know I’ve got a call until it’s already gone to voicemail. I’m sure this can’t be what it’s supposed to do. How do I fix it?

Which carrier do you have?
I had a similar experience with my Tmobile GW. I had to call CS, it was an activation/DIGITS problem that required their assistance.

Thanks!It turns out my digits account was not set up. The watch works great now!
