Finally got it working.........I think.....
Had to go spend another 1-2hrs at the ATT Store and have them configure another eSIM card to my watch. Now I say "I think" because last night I just powered off the watch and charged it then when I turned it on this morning I got a text from AT&T that I turned NumberSync OFF. NO I DIDN'T. WTF!!!
So I went to the watch then my phone and ended up just going to the ATT Web site, signing in and seeing a confirmation there that it's on.
It takes a minute or two after shutting my phone off to get it to work. Now I'm testing a virtual walk away by turning off my phones BT and seeing if it works. I've tried this already and it does NOT. UGH.....
If this keeps up, I'm just going to push to get them to return it and stick it up the rear because it's not reliable. I need when I'm away from my phone and it's ON to be able to get calls on my watch. Not sometimes but reliably every time. So frustrating.
