Galaxy wifi problems

Hi. Am new here.

And well I wanted help.
You see we 3 friends hang around a lot.
And one of my friend has wife hotspot.

We all have Galaxy's. My S5 can connect to his S3 wifi hotspot. But for some reason my friend with his S4 he can not, I was wondering can anyone help?
