GalaxyS111Neo smartphone- cannot find where voice recordings filed !

I have opened every file on view in the phone, without success. My partner has stored hours of important conversations that can be reviewed on the actual voice registration app itself. But we cannot transfer them to our PC as we cannot find them anywhere. They were being saved on the phone itself. That is now full and we have managed to shift the actual storage of voice regs to the SD card. But we cannot find the files of the twenty odd registrations anywhere on the files shown on the phone or on the PC when linked to phone. Phone is about 3 years old, bought in Italy and no other problems. Can anyone help? I am not very techy and my partner even less ! GHU !
